What is a domain name?
A domain name is your website name. It is the address where Internet users can access your website or use to send you emails. It can be any combination of letters and numbers, and it can be used in combination of the various domain name extensions, such as co.bw, .org.bw, .com, .net and more. The domain name must be registered with a registra like Beko Media before you can use it.
How do I register a domain name?
Go to our self service portal and use our user-friendly interface to maneuver and shop for your requirements. You may follow this simple video if you get stuck.

Do you connect residentials?

Is your internet limited and capped?
Our Internet packages are shared with the below ratios
- 40 Mbps – 1:4
- 20 Mbps 1:5
- 10 Mbps 1:4
If I signup, do I sign a long term contract?
We offer both 12 months and 24 months contract for our Internet packages
What is your connection fee?
Yes, there is a one-time connection fee which is determined after a site visit.

You need hosting space to be able to store your website or emails to allow you to be able to access them from the internet and to allow your customers to be able to send you emails and view your website.
